Connecting Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and RedChirp with Enolytics: Step-by-Step Integration Guide

Enolytics makes it easy for DTC wineries to connect their marketing and communication platforms for seamless list management and campaign tracking. This guide walks you through setting up integrations with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and RedChirp, with detailed instructions for each platform. General Setup: Accessing API Administration

Step 1: In the left navigation bar, scroll to the bottom and click Administration. Under the Administration section, click API Administration.

  • If you don't see API Administration, contact Enolytics support via Robin or [email protected] to request admin access.

Step 2: On the API Administration page, you'll see integration options for Mailchimp, RedChirp, and Klaviyo.

Step 3: Each integration includes a help link. Click the help link next to your chosen platform to open a knowledge base article with tailored instructions.


Mailchimp Integration

Step 1: In the Mailchimp section, enable the integration by toggling the switch provided. Locate the API Key field. Mailchimp’s help article (linked as described above) can guide you to find your Mailchimp API Key if you aren't sure how to retrieve it.

Step 2: Copy your API Key from Mailchimp and paste it into the API Key field within Enolytics.

Step 3: Click Load Audiences to import available Mailchimp audiences.

  • Wait for the load to complete successfully. You'll see a confirmation or your audiences populate in a list below.

Step 4: Finally, click Save Credentials. This action completes the integration process for Mailchimp, enabling Enolytics to sync lists and send campaign data for Mailchimp email campaigns.


RedChirp Integration

Step 1: Before integrating RedChirp, make sure you've installed the Enolytics app from the RedChirp App Store. If you haven't, visit the App Store within RedChirp and complete the installation.

Step 2: Locate your Organization ID in your RedChirp account. Instead of an API Key, you'll use this ID for RedChirp integrations. Enter this Organization ID in the dedicated field within the RedChirp integration section in Enolytics.

Step 3: Click the Test Connection button to verify your credentials. If the connection is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation message.

Step 4: Once the test passes, click Save to activate your RedChirp integration.


Klaviyo Integration

Step 1: Start in the Klaviyo section and find the API Key input field. If you need help locating your Klaviyo API Key, use the help link adjacent to this field to visit the detailed documentation.

Step 2: Paste your Klaviyo API Key into the provided field in Enolytics.

Step 3: Click Test Connection to ensure your API credentials are valid. You should see a message confirming successful validation.

Step 4: Once validated, click Save Credentials to complete the integration. Now, Klaviyo is connected and ready to synchronize with Enolytics.


Sending Lists and Viewing Performance

Step 1: With any integration activated, you can start sending lists from Enolytics to Mailchimp, RedChirp, or Klaviyo immediately.

  • These are true two-way integrations: Enolytics sends audiences for campaigns and retrieves results overnight.

Step 2: To review campaign outcomes, go to Campaign Performance in Enolytics. You'll be able to view delivered, opened, and engaged campaign metrics automatically synced back from your integrated platforms.
