You can use items (Excl $0) in combination with order number in Build Beyond Limits and then filter it to 1 in the header of the column.
Another way would be to just use the dimension 'Quantity'. That is basically the number of bottles for a specific sku on the order receipt. So if you are specifically looking for an order line with a quantity of 1 that would be the better way.
