Please assist with a report that tells me how many wine society members have reservations who need to pick up a club…

Go to filters (New) and add the 'Days Till Contact Future Reservation'. Click on the slider icon and wait till the bars appear. Then set the range from 0 to 29. Next Go to Wine Club | How Are My Packages Performing. Make sure to select both Active and Archived Packages (checkboxes at top of the page). Maximize the Processed Shipments table (icon next to excel export) and scroll to the right. for Club shipment order delivery Method choose Pickup. and for Club Shipment Filfillment Status choose 'Not Fulfilled' and 'No Fulfillment Required'. That will give you all the orders needed to be picked up in the next 30 days.

There is also a public bookmark called 'PIckup Orders with Reservations in the next 30 days'.
