More than likely not set up with Administrator rights. Ask to speak to a person and we will enable admin right if appropriate. If you do have admin rights and you still don't see the dropdowns, it may be because you moved to the Channel Mapping page too soon after loading the application. Give it 15 seconds, change pages and then go back to the Channel Mapping page. That will take care of it.
