Why is my "Campaign Performance" dashboard not pulling in or populating all data for email and text campaigns

If you are using Mailchimp there is a limitation. Currently Mailchimp does not have an outbound API for automated campaigns. So we will not receive that data. It is a limitation on the Mailchimp side. On the RedChirp side, we do pull in all data but we only show revenue linked to RedChirp campaigns if they are set to 'Promotional' within RedChirp. We do not attribute revenue to 'Informational' messages.
