We assume you meant contacts that have a certain tag. Not just excluding the tags themselves. If you want to exclude contacts with specific tags, go to Filters (New) and click on 'Associate Filtering'. Click on the Select drop down and we will associate to the 'customer number' (so select customer number).

in the next screen, for the drop down, click on select and find 'Contact Type' if you want to exclude contacts for more than one customer tag use 'In List' as your operator (otherwise use Equals) and from the drop down choose your values.

Now the last part, and very important, it to click 'NOT' in the top right corner above 'Contact Type'.

Now apply the filter.
