how do I toggle between properties/wineries, I don't seem to see the other winery as an option

To toggle between properties, click the rose petal icon to the left of your initials in the top right, then pick the other winery/environment from the dropdown. If you don’t see the other property there, it’s usually because you have not been configured to access that environment/winery/property.
