When you can't pick your date range, it is likely that your browser is too zoomed in. Press Ctrl and - (minus) for Windows or Cmd and - (minus) on Mac to zoom out. Make sure you can see the content of the buttons in the date picker. That is already an indication when you are too zoomed in.
