Is there a way for my staff to run the AI customer summary on customers who exist in our database, but do not fall into one of the "Pitch These Wines" categories? More plainly, is there a place within Enolyitcs where they can type in any customer name he wants, and generate the AI summary?

Is there a way for my staff to run the AI customer summary on customers who exist in our database, but do not fall into one of the "Pitch These Wines" categories? More plainly, is there a place within Enolyitcs where they can type in any customer name he wants, and generate the AI summary?
✅ Answer
Use the Full Name filter. Go to Filters (New) and type in Full Name. Find the name of the customer you are looking for. Then go to Contacts | Who are my paying customers (or Contacts | Who are my prospects if they never bought before) and you'll be able to use the Take Action button there.
