How to use the Enolytics Help system

Hey, and welcome to our new support widget and support website.

So obviously, you've already found the support widget right here on the bottom. When you open it up, you can now see a bunch of options here.

If you just want to ask a question, what something is, for instance, "what is an associative filter?" you can hit enter, and Robin, our AI agent, is going to go and interpret all the articles that are out there, and is going to try and find you an answer. It takes maybe 10 seconds for her to create an answer for you. There you go. There's Robin's answer on what an associated filter is. And hopefully that's useful.

And is the next master class for beginners. And there you go. Robin is telling you when the master class is for beginners, next master class for beginners.

If you want to talk to a person, you can just come over here and just say "talk to a person. I want to know how to export." So now, this is coming in and if we're available, we will see it right away. Now you'll see that we're here to start answering your questions. And then over here, I'm receiving a movie. That should be helpful.

You can go over here to the table of contents that you can take a look at. If you want to take a look at the transcript, the transcript of the movie is going to be over here. If you want to just go and look for words within the movie, for instance, "What did we sell?" and then you want to go to that part of the movie. You see it shows up once. You can just come over here and it'll bring it to that part of the movie. You can go full screen with this. You can look at it. You can't make it bigger over here, I believe, but you can make it full screen.

So that's how you can interact with this, with Ask a Question. Anything new we will announce here. There's a newsfeed also. You can see benchmarking is life. You can always search for help right here. These are just articles. So if you ever just wanted to know about exporting, you just type in the word export and you'll see here, there's articles in here. So this is basically just the old article help that you have right there.

Here's our newsfeed that you'll find. You can always look at your messages. If you have tickets open with us, then tickets will show up here also. And this really should help you.

You can always come to the support portal and you click on home. Here's the support portal. You click on that. That will bring you there. You'll see all of the dimensions, for instance, that we're using in Enolytics, you can also just come back over here and then just see all of the measures that are being used.

All of the classes that we're offering, master classes, are going to be posted here. We already started with the advanced reporting ones. There's a bunch of frequently asked questions. The AI is using all of these articles to help you get some answers also.
