Navigating the Enolytics Platform: A Guide to the Navigation Bar and Key Modules
The Enolytics navigation bar is your main control center for accessing all the essential modules that drive your DTC winery operations — from tracking wine club growth to reviewing tasting room performance. This walkthrough follows the steps as demonstrated in the training video, so you'll know exactly what to expect at every stage.
Step 1: Find the Navigation Bar on the Left
The navigation bar sits along the left side of the Enolytics canvas. Here you'll see your available modules, such as Executive Overview, KPI Dashboard, "Sell More Now," Sales, and more. Above your winery logo sits the Enolytics logo, and to its left you'll find a hamburger menu icon. This layout orients you as you begin using the platform.
Step 2: Collapse or Expand the Navigation Bar
Click the hamburger menu to the left of the Enolytics logo to collapse the navigation bar. The bar disappears, giving the full canvas more space for viewing reports, especially helpful when you're working intensely in one area.
To expand the navigation bar again and make all modules visible, click the same hamburger menu in the top left corner. The navigation bar will slide back into view, giving you quick access to any module you need.
Step 3: Explore the Main Modules
The navigation bar features multiple expandable modules, each with a focused purpose:
Sales: This module tracks business performance and is designed for users at any technical level. It quickly answers vital questions for wineries — how much you sold, what you sold, who purchased, where they live, and when sales occurred.
Step 4: Drill into Sales Data
To answer, for example, "What is our best-selling SKU?", select Sales in the navigation bar. Then, click "What did we sell?" in the submenu to pull up detailed breakdowns.
Initially, sales may be grouped by varietal. To see more options, click the green options button. This allows you to filter or change the data view.
Click directly on any product name to view details for that specific SKU. This gives you insight into your best-selling wines.
Step 5: Review What Each Module Offers
Here’s what you’ll find across additional modules:
The Sales module presents revenue and performance for DTC, individual channels, and segments.
"Sell More Now" uses predictive analytics to identify which customers should be contacted today to drive immediate sales. It's ideal for boosting sales and improving customer retention.
Reservations displays who has visited and who is scheduled to visit your tasting room, complete with enriched visitor insights.
Tasting Room focuses on team performance inside the tasting room.
Wine Club tracks signups, attrition, predicted churn, and shipment trends to help you retain members and understand your club’s health.
Marketing presents campaign outcomes from Klaviyo, Mailchimp, RedChirp, and shows detailed metrics for each marketing effort.
Contacts defines RFM customer groups and lists all your customer records.
Data Quality assesses both contact and product data completeness, crucial during onboarding.
Benchmarking lets you compare your winery’s KPIs with peer cohorts.
Advanced Reporting houses the "Build Beyond Limits" tool for custom reports.
Inventory offers predictive analytics on your products.
Budgets/Goals lets you track performance versus targets.
Collectively, these features form the backbone of your Enolytics workspace.
Step 6: Navigating the Bar Efficiently
The navigation bar structures all your modules for easy access and streamlined work across every aspect of your DTC operation.
Step 7: Pinning Your Favorite Pages
If there's a page you visit often, pin it for faster future access. Click the pin icon. Pinned pages appear in your Favorites list within the navigation bar.
Conclusion
Mastering the navigation bar means you always know where to find key sales and performance metrics, dig into wine club retention, and jump straight to the analytic tools you need most. Customizing your sidebar and pinning frequent pages streamlines your day — so you and your team can focus on what matters: growing your DTC business, serving your members, and strengthening your tasting room experience.
