I need to pull a list of ship club members

Create your list of customers using Campaign Start in Public Bookmarks. Then go to Filters (New) and select Club Status and select 'Current Club Members' and then add another filter using New and type 'Club Ship Type', select 'Ship' as the Club Ship Type.

If you want to see it the membership level, you could also have gone to 'All About My Memberships' in the 'Wine Club' Module and filtered by 'Club Ship Type'
