How do I build a report of - members who have cancelled and are not a part of another club - not include any active or…

Go to Build Beyond Limts and go to bookmarks. In the bookmarks search, type 'Start' and find the 'Campaign Start' report in Public Bookmarks.
Go to Filters (New) and add the Detailed Club Status filter. Select 'Past' as the membership status.
Now just add the following fields to the report using the column picker: Lifetime value and Contact Last Cancelled Date.
